This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for renting a vehicle from London PCO Carhire.

Section 1: General Provisions
1.1 By signing the Rental Agreement or taking possession of the Vehicle, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and London PCO Carhire.

Section 2: Rental Period and Termination
2.1 The Rental Period begins when you collect the Vehicle and ends on the specified End Date.

2.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement with at least two weeks’ notice.


Section 3: Mileage Limit
3.1 You agree to limit the Vehicle’s use to 900 miles per week (46,800 miles per year).

3.2 Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges.

Section 4: Rental Fees and Payments
4.1 You must pay a Security Deposit, which will be refunded if no damages or losses occur.

4.2 Rental fees must be paid on time, and late payments will incur a fee.

Section 5: Insurance and Usage
5.1 The Vehicle is for Private Hire purposes only.

5.2 You must comply with all TfL regulations and guidelines.

Section 6: Permitted Drivers and Usage
6.1 Only authorized drivers are permitted to drive the Vehicle.

6.2 You must not use the Vehicle for unauthorized purposes.

Section 7: Vehicle Condition and Maintenance
7.1 You must maintain the Vehicle in roadworthy condition.

7.2 You are responsible for regular checks and maintenance.

Section 8: Accidents and Claims
8.1 You must report any accidents to London PCO Carhire within 24 hours.

8.2 You are responsible for paying excess charges.

Section 9: Fines, Penalties, and Maintenance
9.1 You are responsible for paying all fines and penalties.

9.2 You must maintain the Vehicle’s roadworthiness.

Section 10: Vehicle Tracking and CCTV
10.1 You must ensure the Vehicle’s tracker remains installed and functional.

10.2 You are responsible for the safekeeping of CCTV equipment.

Section 11: Indemnity and Liability
11.1 You agree to indemnify London PCO Carhire against any claims or damages.

11.2 London PCO Carhire’s liability is limited to rental fees paid.

Section 12: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 This Agreement is governed by English law.

12.2 Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.

Section 13: Return Policy
13.1 You must provide at least two weeks’ notice before returning the Vehicle.

13.2 You must return the Vehicle in the same condition as when rented.

Section 14: Miscellaneous
14.1 Any invalid or unenforceable provisions will not affect the remaining terms.

14.2 Notices must be given in writing.

14.3 Terms that extend beyond termination will remain in effect.


By signing the Rental Agreement or taking possession of the Vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
